These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between YardWorx LLC (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and the customer (referred to as “you” or “customer”). By scheduling or accepting services, you agree to these terms.   

1. Service Scheduling and Access

• Access Requirements: You agree to provide our crews with full and unobstructed access to the service area, including unlocking gates and securing pets, on the scheduled service day. If access is denied, the service may be skipped.   

   

• Obstructions: Prior to service, you must remove all obstructions from the lawn and service areas, including pet waste, toys, hoses, yard decorations, and loose items.   

   

• Weather Delays: Service schedules may be adjusted due to inclement weather (heavy rain, extreme heat, etc.). We will attempt to complete the service on the next available day, or it will be skipped and the billing cycle adjusted accordingly.   

   

2. Payment and Billing

• Pricing: All prices are agreed upon in the service estimate provided to you. Prices for ongoing services may be subject to an annual increase.   

   

• Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of service.   

   

3. Damage and Liability

• Reporting Damage: You must notify YardWorx LLC of any alleged property damage resulting from our work within 24 hours of the service completion time. Reports made after this period may not be eligible for review.   

   

• Pet Waste: We are not responsible for distributing pet waste onto the lawn or landscaping, as customers are required to clean up waste prior to our arrival. 

   

4. Cancellation and Termination

• Customer Cancellation: To cancel or skip a scheduled service, you must provide written notice (email or text is acceptable) at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service time. Failure to provide timely notice may result in a full service charge.   

   

5. SMS Terms of Service (A2P Compliance)

By providing your phone number and opting in to receive SMS messages from YardWorx LLC, you agree to the following:   

• Program Description: YardWorx LLC Service Alerts. You will receive text messages regarding service reminders, appointment scheduling, weather-related delays, billing notifications, and occasional promotional offers.   

   

• Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting “STOP” to (512) 618-2011. Upon sending “STOP,” we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us.   

   

• Rejoining: To rejoin, sign up as you did initially (via our website or service request), and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.   

• Support: If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for assistance, or reach out directly to info.yardworx@gmail.com.   

   

• Carrier Disclaimer: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.   

   

• Rates & Frequency: Message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you. Message frequency varies.   

   

• Privacy: For privacy-related inquiries, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
